5 Actors Who Could Play Moon Knight in a Marvel Netflix Series

There have been heavy rumors lately that Moon Knight would be the next Marvel character to get his own Netflix series, and there are only a set few people who could pull off such a role. Because of this, I decided to do a short list of the actors that very well could pull off the role, and I hope you enjoy!

1. Norman Reedus

Norman Reedus has what it takes to play the toughest of tough guys, and he was honestly born for this role. He’s intimidating, yet not suave enough to play the Batman type, and if he could get the right kind of crazy down pat, he could be the best Moon Knight we’ll ever see.

2. Jensen Ackles

While Jensen Ackles very much is suave enough to play the Batman type, I feel that he is better suited for a character like Moon Knight because of the acting range he’s shown on Supernatural. He’s played several different types of crazy, and that is needed to make this character as accurate to the comics as possible. Ackles is the perfect mix of action, comedy, and crazy, and Moon Knight could be the role he was born to play.

3. Tyler Hoechlin

Tyler Hoechlin is also the textbook, rough-looking, tough guy, and could give a terrific performance as Moon Knight. I’m not sure how well he could pull off the crazier aspects of the character, but he’s a ranged actor, and I’m sure he’s up for the task.

4. Michael C. Hall

I imagine Michael C. Hall’s portrayal of Moon Knight would be more like Dexter as a different anti-hero. We’ve already seen Hall play this character as Dexter Morgan, and he portrayed the perfect blend of crazy and action for that role. All he would need to do is replicate his success!

5. Zachary Quinto

Zachary Quinto has literally every quality needed for this role, so much so that it’s uncanny. He has experience with playing characters that are on the border between good and evil (Hitman Agent 47), the action hero that saves the day in an unconventional fashion (Star Trek and Star Trek: Into Darkness), and someone who is straight up crazy, but doesn’t always appear to be (American Horror Story: Asylum). All in all, Quinto is probably the actor most cut out for this role in my opinion.
