All The Purple Voices: An Interview with Josh Martin

Josh Martin seems to have made a little bit of a career doing characters in purple. He’s played Barney the dinosaur, to the delight of little kids, and the Dragon Ball villain, Majin Buu.

He’s in quite a lot of voice-over work since starting his career in 2001 with Dragon Ball Z. Josh Martin will be a headlining celebrity guest at the upcoming KiimoKauai convention taking place and Conroe, Texas. ViralHare had the opportunity to speak to Josh Martin and have a little bit of fun talking about his career, anime history, and if Barney could stand toe to toe with Godzilla.

Even though he’s on voice work that includes anime like Dr. Stone, Ace Attorney, and Fullmetal Alchemist, his heart will always be with Dragon Ball.

Justin will be appearing at KimoKawaii June 4-5 2022 and has other appearances scheduled.
