Christoph Waltz Returning As Bond Archenemy Blofeld in Bond 25

Who can forget Spectre 007 and it’s amazing performances? One comes to mind is the criminal mastermind, Ernst Stavro Blofeld. In case you haven’t heard, Christoph Waltz will be returning as the evil villain Blofeld in “Bond 25”. This is definitely something to look forward to. This has been a rumor before but is actually now officially confirmed. Born in Vienna, Austria, Christoph studied acting in his hometown as well as Lee Strasberg Institute.

He has had a long history of playing “bad guy” characters. His breakout role is when he played SS officer Hans Landa in “Inglorious Bastards”. He also played bounty hunter King Shultz in “ Django Unchained”. As to the delight of the audience, Christoph will tackle once again the villain role.“Bond 25” is part of the 25th installment in the James Bond series. The character of Blofeld is thought to be inspired by real-life Greek arms dealer Basil Zaharoff. It is said that Waltz swore that he wouldn’t play Blofeld during the run-up to Spectre.

In” Bond 25”, that has changed. In this new film, there will actually be two villains and one played by Oscar winner Rami Malek. The role of Blofeld will more likely be a supporting role this time around or even somehow worked into the plot around Rami’s character. The shoot for the movie will take place in Norway, Jamaica, Italy, and London. It’s directed by Cary Joji Fukunag. has been set to be released April 3rd 2020.
