Comic-Conroe Phase 2

Comic-Conroe is one of the new shows in the Southeast Texas region. Last year it showed success by featuring an action star kind of lineup. This year the big lineup is voice actors to meet the community. It looks to be the start of mid-size shows little community-based coming to Texas.

Viralhare got the opportunity to speak to Scott the owner of Comic-Conroe and get a feel for his plans and what they see for this show and for the future of these types of cons within Texas and possibly beyond.

Comic–Conroe this year is focusing on voice actors as guest and features Adassa of Encanto, Chuck Huber, Saffron Henderson, Brian Drummond, and Christina Kelly.

Also, there’ll be vendors of all kinds, cosplayers, and events and panels for all.

With comic conventions becoming a destination event post covid, it is good to see that there is a new wave up convention promoters in managers actually thinking about the family and what they can afford to enjoy fandom.
