Manly Movies of Manliness: Enter The Ninja-1981

Between the years of nineteen-eighty to nineteen-ninety, some of the manliest movies of all time were released to the public. Manly men showed manly emotions and manly feats of manliness to carve out their legend into the hall of manliness for all mankind. Look onto this article and be amazed by the manliness herein.

In 1981, one of the most manly martial arts movies of all time came to the big screen, Enter The Ninja.

Starring the most unlikely white man ninja, even before Michael Dudikoff, Italian stage and screen star Franco Nero as Cole the hero, most ninja movie star of all time, Sho Kosugi as his rival and a secondary villain, Susan George as Mary Ann girlfriend of Cole’s good war buddy, and Christopher George slumming it as first main villain Venaraius, (no I did not make that up.)

Manly movie action sequence-The opening scene where Cole graduates as full ninja, while wearing a full white suit, fighting ninjas in maroon suits, avoiding Sho Kosugi in a black suit.

Manly stare and glare action-Cole’s manly wink at the end, you know, because that’s manly.

A wink and a power logo, manly to the manliest.

Manly love moment for manly hero- Because of his war buddies , um, issues, Cole has some special time with Mary Ann, which is odd, because he’s the hero…

No visuals for this part.

Manly moment of sensitivity- When early on in the film, Mary Ann threatens him with a shotgun, Cole gently kung fu’s her to submission , by gently applying ninjutsu on her, waitaminnit, this still doesn’t sound right.

Sensitive enough to use bad sense when meeting a woman.

Manly moment of manliness-Cole practicing with his weapons with no shirt, if that doesn’t say manly, I don’t know what will.

Manly epic moment of conclusion-It’s a two-in-one, first Cole does a ninja triple back flip out of the way of his rival…

Manly ninja back flip

Then he pulls the old ninja powder in the face trick, which along with other ninja manliness, leads to his opponent well, seppuku, as manly ninjas might do, because things.

Not the ninja powder to the face!

Manliness on a scale of Jean Claude Van Damme (Kickboxer) to Sho Kosugi (Revenge Of The Ninja)-Because Sho Kosugi is in it, it should get four out of five Shos, but due to Cole’s questionable attitude towards Mary Ann, I’ll give him only two Van Dammes.
