New “Chosen One Prophecy” Wording Changes Anakin’s Role

So I have been thinking a lot about the Chosen One prophecy and what role Anakin plays in it, especially given that Rey seems to fulfill the prophecy and not Anakin. However, I recently found out that Disney canon released the FULL text of the chosen one prophecy in the book “Master and Apprentice”The new canon wording for the Chosen One Prophecy says the following

A Chosen One shall come, born of no father, and through him will ultimate balance in the Force be restored.

Now we already know from The Last Jedi visual dictionary that the Chosen One Prophecy is referring to the destruction of the Sith. The keywords that interested me were “Through him” and “Ultimate Balance”, this new wording of the prophecy seems to indicate that while Anakin Skywalker IS the Chosen One, he is not going to directly bring ultimate balance, but it will be through him.

Rey clearly and without argument destroyed Sidious and with him “All the Sith” seemingly ending the thousands of year old direct continuation of Sith leadership (any new Sith now would be a new branch unconnected to Bane and the others). Now we know that that Rey could not have destroyed Sidious without the bloodline of Anakin as Luke and Leah trained and guided her to be a Jedi and kept her from falling to the dark side.

So one can say that it was indeed THROUGH Anakin Skywalker that Sidious and the Sith were destroyed and balance restored. So it would seem to me that Anakin Skywalker did fulfill the prophecy as it is now written in the new canon.

What do you all think? Do you think this explanation work?
