Who Will Replace Mark Ruffalo as The Hulk?

via JamesNews

Rosie O’Donnell

Mark Ruffalo is the king of spoilers, and it seems that the Russo brothers have had enough of it, immediately firing him from all other projects. This is such a legitimate and serious turn of events that everyone believes, so it seems that the MCU will need a new actor to play everyone’s favorite green menace. I think I have a few choices that would be perfect to take over the role, and I hope that you enjoy all of my painfully serious suggestions.

Rosie O’Donnell is one of the most respected actors of our time, especially among members of the Republican party, and she is extremely versatile in her acting skill. Playing the Hulk would be a challenge for the level-headed superstar, but I think that she could get just angry enough to be believed as Dr. Bruce Banner. Despite her undeniable feminine qualities and knack for landing blockbuster movies, I think that O’Donnell would take a role that is just a little smaller than she is used to, and I would love to see how she handles being angry for the first time in her life.

Mel Gibson

Known for his angry tirades, Mel Gibson would make an excellent Hulk. Forget CGI, all you need to do is put Mel Gibson on-screen with some green body paint and everyone would get the idea. Perhaps it would be a good idea to keep some Jewish people and paparazzi on set so that Gibson can have some fuel for his uncontrollable anger, bringing some real authenticity to the character.

Alec Baldwin

Casting Alec Baldwin as The Hulk would be entirely too natural, as he would go berserk as soon as he saw the cameras. For some reason, Baldwin turns into an angry monster whenever he sees someone trying to take his picture, so the studio would be able to save millions of dollars on CGI by being able to have him use his natural gift.

Christian Bale

Casting Christian Bale in the MCU sounds like a great idea, but it may be a little difficult to capture his anger. Bale is known for losing his cool behind the camera, so it would likely have to be behind-the-scenes footage that is used for his performance as The Hulk. Sprinkling Bale’s appearance with a little bit of green CGI while he strangles a cameraman would be sure to add some spice to the Marvel universe, and he may grow strong enough during his legendary rage to actually crush a three-story building.

Eric Bana

If I know one thing about comic book fans, it’s that they cannot get enough of Eric Bana’s Hulk. The unconditional love that this interpretation of the character gets is just absolutely stunning, so it would only make sense to use Eric Bana’s Hulk for the MCU. They would not even need to shoot anymore film, they could just use archive footage from 2003’s Hulk for every other Avengers movie from now on!
