Sometimes when a new trade show starts up they don’t always get to be a helping hand as well as the start of something new, however, at the inaugural Game Theory Expo ,this new show, attendees get the opportunity to team up with everyone’s favorite Wookie, Peter Mayhew, and help support his foundation.
This new tabletop gaming show will be held on the grounds of the Johnson Space Center in Webster Texas. there will be raffles, tournaments, And plenty of opportunities to try out your favorite and possibly new favorite, tabletop games.
Ettin Games & Hobbies library of tabletop games will be there to utilize during the day of the show September 29th, 2018.
How this show will work with the Peter Mayhew Foundation and to find out all of the different ways you can contribute to this terrific foundation of Mr. Mayhew, here are details from the official press release:
“All proceeds from the Star Wars Destiny and X-Wing tournaments, as well as the Pathfinder game with special guest Adam Daigle of Paizo, will go to the Peter Mayhew Foundation, a nonprofit organization devoted to the alleviation of disease, pain, suffering, and the financial toll brought on by life’s traumatic events. There will also be extra special prizes provided by Mayhew. The GTEX Infinity tournament will include a raffle of its own to benefit the Foundation while Adam Daigle and Paizo are providing two books full of Paizo developer signatures for the silent auction.”
