Bound, gagged, and robbed – Kim Kardashian’s living nightmare

The celebrity world was rocked by the news that Kim Kardashian was robbed at gun point in Paris France. While the Kardashian clan is often in the news, the last thing her fans expected to hit the newsstand was ‘Kim Kardashian Robbed’. The celebrity model was said to have been robbed of over 10 million dollars’ worth of jewelry.

The dramatic story began when Five English-speaking burglars, who were posing as policemen, are believed to have tracked her down to her hotel room possibly through her obsession with updating her social media.

Kim Kardashian was alone in her hotel room as her loyal bodyguard Pascal Duvier was protecting her sisters at a local Paris nightclub. Kim Kardashian was recorded as pleading with the gunmen saying ‘Please don’t kill me! I have children’ before having a gun put to her head and being bound and gagged in the bathtub. The robbers then helped themselves to her £3.5million diamond engagement ring and a Jewelry box worth over 5.2 million pounds.

The dramatic story began at 2.25am yesterday. Wearing ski masks and police uniforms, the gang of robbers handcuffed and gagged the concierge of the nine-apartment Hotel Pourtales, and forced him at gunpoint to open up Kim Kardashain’s £25,000-a-month flat. The media has reported that the raiders spoke English with heavy accents which bore a resemblance to the Pink Panther gang of criminals who have been linked to heists worth upwards of £280million.

Thankfully Kim Kardashian was not hurt in the robbery, Kardashian who was in Paris for Fashion Week was said to be ‘badly shaken but physically unharmed’ The incident raises questions about just how safe it is for celebrities to flaunt jewelry on social media. Kardashian, who has 81million followers on Instagram, 29million on Facebook and 48million on Twitter and regularly updates them on her life.

After being interviewed by French police, Kim Kardashian was seen boarding a private jet. She landed In New York where police officers, a fleet of SUVs with tinted windows and more than 20 bodyguards were waiting for her.
