Henry Cavill informed he was never really hired to play Superman (Satire)

The internet has been awash for months with rumors of the firing or imminent firing of actor Henry Cavill from the iconic role of Superman The Man of Steel. A role Cavill has played since 2013 and has reprised in Batman V Superman and Justice League. It has since been reported that Cavill and his agent stormed the offices of Warner Bros intending to wreck their offices like he wrecked Smallville.

Our source has informed us that Cavill and his agent were ushered into the boardroom and informed to their relief that Henry was not fired as Superman and was not going to be fired, mostly due to the fact he had never technically been cast as Clark Kent in the first place.
It was revealed that Cavill had originally only been brought on to set to try on the Supersuit for screen tests, Director Zack Snyder was so carried away with how good Cavill looked in it, that he shot a few scenes to test the lighting and angles. Snyder is known for his extremely long films and scenes and before he knew it he had filmed enough scenes of Cavill to edit 3 films together.

Warner Bros being well known for its hands-off approach to filmmaking and allowing its Directors room to create, never visited the set, and never knew about Cavill’s non-casting.
They explained to Cavill his seemingly low pay was due to his rate never being changed from a stand-in. By the time the terrible mistake was realized the DCEU team up film Justice League had already been released in theaters.

Warner Bros has announced that they will soon begin the casting process for Clark Kent aka Superman in the DC film universe and have invited Henry Cavill to audition for the role.
